Our Environmental Policy

As a company, we recognize that our business in various ways has an impact on the environment. As such we are committed to the continual improvement of our environmental performance in relation to our services and operations.

We have identified the following key environmental impacts associated with the provision of legal services:
Waste disposal/Recycling. Procurement and use of manufactured and natural resources (such as paper, gas, water and electricity) at our offices.

Travel to and from the office of our Staff and Clients.

The company is committed to reducing these and other impacts and to continually improving our environmental performance.

As a company therefore, we have put the following measures in place,
Storing information in soft copy reducing the use of paper to only instances where paper is required, for example filing legal documents to different government bodies.
Buying of recyclable disposable cups which are used at office.
Commitment not to litter through contracting cleaning services.
Integrating awareness of environmental impact across our business through CSR.
Compliance with the applicable legislation in force, as well as other voluntary commitments.

We are committed to working with our staff, clientele, suppliers, investors, contractors, regulatory bodies and neighbors to achieve the following objectives:
Reduce waste, pollution and noise both locally and in the wider environment
Set targets for measurable annual improvements
Buy and source sustainable goods
By making the business greener, more efficient and achieving cost effectiveness, our intention is to re-invest saved funds in the business and in the staff.

It is the responsibility of all employees, visitors and contractors to fully support this policy through active participation and co-operation.
The introduction and implementation of this policy is a commitment of Africa Immigration Advisory Services management and a shared responsibility with our employees.
The policy will be reviewed annually as part of the organisation’s overall environment management plan.
